Skeleton Dust and The Neon present a special one-time screening of Goodbye Horses: The Many Lives Of Q Lazzarus

  • The Neon 130 East 5th Street Dayton, OH, 45402 United States (map)

We are excited to be teaming up with Dayton resident Josh Egeland and The Neon, Dayton’s foremost independent movie theatre, for a special one-time screening of “Goodbye Horses: The Many Lives Of Q Lazzarus”. Check out the synopsis for the film below:

"An intimate journey through the life of singer Diane Luckey aka Q Lazzarus, narrated through her own words, lyrics and music. The exceptionally talented but vastly underappreciated Q, who sang the cult hit song “Goodbye Horses” (which appeared in the Jonathan Demme films MARRIED TO THE MOB and SILENCE OF THE LAMBS), reveals the reason behind her mysterious 25-year long disappearance and paves the way towards her re-emergence, with stories sad, funny and moving."
This special, one-time screening will take place Wednesday, May 28 at 7:30. Tickets are $12.50 each.

Stop by before the screening to grab some drinks and snacks from the concession stand at The Neon while enjoying a live all-vinyl DJ set from Luke Tandy of Skeleton Dust Records starting at 6:30 PM. Special Q Lazzarus prizes will be given away for those in attendance and vinyl copies of her iconic “Goodbye Horses” single recently reissued on Dark Entries will be available for purchase.

Tickets are available in-person at The Neon box office and online at the link below:
