Skeleton Dust is proud to present an art opening by Fea Fotos on Thursday, April 4th 2024 from 6-8 pm.

Fea’s vivid photography works will be accompanied by an interactive video & light installation courtesy of Lightclub and an all-vinyl DJ set by Frank Calzada & Jared Bruns!

Fea’s work will be on display at the shop through the months of April & May if you are unable to attend the opening as well.

A total of 18 record stores are participating in the crawl, all the way from Florence, KY to Troy, OH. We are excited to bring back the Dayton Record Fair to Eudora Brewing Company on Sunday, February 11th 2024!

Come browse thousands of new & used records, CDs, tapes, and music memorabilia for sale from some of the best vendors in the midwest.

Eudora Brewing Company and local record stores Skeleton Dust Records, Omega Music, Blind Rage Records, Catacomb Records, and Resignation Records are teaming up to co-sponsor the event and we'll be giving out $20 gift cards to six lucky winners that attend the fair!

This event is totally FREE and open to all ages. Come ready to eat & drink as Eudora will be offering a full food menu from their kitchen, as well as their excellent selection of in-house brewed craft beers. Live all-vinyl DJs will be providing your shopping soundtrack for the day as well!

Skeleton Dust presents an art opening by local collage artist Scott Ross on Thursday, February 1st from 6-8 pm. DJ Steve Niezgoda will be providing an all-vinyl soundtrack for the evening’s festivities as well.

If you’re unable to make it to the opening, Scott’s work will be on display in the shop throughout the months of February and March.

We’re excited to present a collaboration art show for the first time in Skeleton Dust history featuring the works of Dayton artists Sami Walker-Baskin and Rachel DB! Sami and Rachel have a great deal of collected experience in various disciplines, so this special event is not to be missed. Their work will be on display in the shop through January 31st, 2024.

DJ Mountain Mint from local native plant nursery Tadmor Greenes will be providing an all-vinyl soundtrack for the evening as well.

Skeleton Dust is excited to present an evening of visceral sounds with long-running grind/noise unit Sissy Spacek. Experimental guitarist Bill Nace (Body/Head) will be performing with this incarnation of SS as well. Dayton/Winston-Salem group Heat Signature and Cincinnati-based Outdoor Horse Shrine will be providing local support to round out the bill.

Beyond excited to be hosting the TEXAS EXPEDITIONARY FORCE tour at the store for a special two-part Noise N’ Grill event on Sunday July 9th from 4pm-9pm!

Come check out the mighty all-Texan tour lineup of T.E.F, TOTAL SWEETHEART, R. BUTTRUM, SCATHING, PRINCESS HAULTAINE III, DANIEL RYAN, and H.W.S, plus local(ish) acts SLIT THROATS, SORCERER TORTURER and EXCLUSION ZONE! Plus, added to the bill are ORGASMIC RESPONSE UNIT, their first live performance in years!

First round of acts begins at 4pm followed by a hot dog grill dinner break at 5:30 pm (vegan options available). Round two of acts will conclude the evening starting at 7pm.

Dayton’s hottest and most billboard-topping psychojazz rock band ELITE TERRORISM MODULUS will be performing at the shop on Friday, June 16th 2023 for an LP release show of their new album coming out on Orange Milk Records! Local bizarro world auteur SPIRIT NAVIGATORS will be on the bill, as well as Cincinnati spazz freak rockers FRUIT LoOoPS! Rarely is the term “punk” ever accurately used but we truly feel these groups are on the cutting edge of sound and encompass this ideal in their own special ways, and we are happy to break our “no band” rule for this one-time event. Known for producing warped digital dreamscapes that regularly adorn album covers released on his record label Orange Milk Records, Graham will feature several past and new works at the opening reception of THE ONLY DIVINE ORDER IS CLASS WAR. Local DJ Cameron Combs will be spinning tunes during the event as well. Graham’s work will be on display in the store throughout the months of April and May.
