12" and CDs are in excellent condition. Box has general light surface wear, especially around seams/corners, and also has previous price sticker in upper left hand corner. Book has seen some moisture damage and has rippling/light staining, and some of the pages stuck together causing small tears (although all text seems to still be readable and all pages have been unstuck since). Overall, the box is VG and the book would be graded Good.
