With our automated shipping policy, calculated postage costs are not always 100% correct. Buyers will be partially refunded if there are any overcharges associated with shipping invoices. Additionally, due to the approximation of automated shipping policies, it is possible that postage will cost more than what the buyer is automatically invoiced for when placing an order, and in this case, we will contact the buyer with a payment request to cover any additional shipping costs. Multiple item sets (2xcs, 2xCD, 2xLP, etc.) count as two items or more. Items packaged in non-traditional/oversized packaging may have higher postage costs than noted above.
We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. USPS only allows you to file a refund claim if the package is insured. If you would like to purchase insurance for an additional fee, let us know and we will get you a price quote. Priority Mail International or registered mail is usually the best option for international buyers if you would like to have some kind of value insurance or a safe and ensured delivery. Registered mail is $16 USD plus normal shipping costs and Priority Mail International quotes can be provided upon request. Feel free to contact if you have any questions.
Please note that your package will most likely arrive in a reused/recycled mailer or box. Please do not buy from us if this is an issue.
All new/sealed LPs are shipped as-is unless otherwise requested by the buyer. All used LPs are shipped with the vinyl removed from the jacket. If you are buying a new/sealed LP and prefer that we open and remove the vinyl from the jacket prior to shipment, please let us know when placing your order. We are not responsible for split seams incurred during shipment of the item if the new/sealed record is shipped unopened.
