I have not been especially impressed by any other Country Joe I’ve heard, but this is a great LP. Folky, bluesy, psych rock that is solid all the way through. It gets weird at moments but stays firmly planted in reality for the most part. Recommended for fans of It’s A Beautiful Day and Spirit.
