All media & items in our store come with a 30-day return policy. Returns will only be accepted for items that are defective upon purchase. Items must be complete and in the condition they were sold in to be eligible for a return. Returns are not eligible for items & equipment that have been misused or handled improperly by the customer. Proof of purchase must be presented for returns to be accepted. Refunds are offered in the form of store credit. We do not offer cash refunds.
