Shipping policy

Before placing your order, please carefully read over our shipping terms. Our international shipping terms can be found below and if you have any questions about shipping costs prior to placing your order, please contact us.

All orders will be shipped within five days. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

Our physical store is open Tuesday - Saturday. If you place an order on Sunday or Monday, please be patient until we return to the store on Tuesday to update your order, answer any questions regarding orders placed, or questions about items in our inventory.

We are a physical storefront located in Dayton, Ohio. All of the items listed on our website are also available in the physical store. Due to this, please understand that we may occasionally oversell items and will be unable to fulfill your order. Additionally, because the items in our online store are located on the sales floor of our physical store, some items might have light shelf wear due to handling by customers. Thanks for your understanding.

We are open to reasonable and serious offers. If you are going to make an offer on an item, please do so prior to requesting information about item condition, specifics, etc.

International Customers: If placing an order of multiple items outside of the shipping outlines listed above, please contact for an accurate quote. Not all shipping prices are listed above and we can only ensure an accurate shipping quote if you let us know exactly what items you are interested in purchasing. Additionally, tapes and CDs can be shipped without their cases to lower shipping prices for large orders.

With our automated shipping policy, calculated postage costs are not always 100% correct. Buyers will be partially refunded if there are any overcharges associated with shipping invoices. Additionally, due to the approximation of automated shipping policies, it is possible that postage will cost more than what the buyer is automatically invoiced for when placing an order, and in this case, we will contact the buyer with a payment request to cover any additional shipping costs.
